We provide services for CAD Drafting and As-Built Surveying, including:

• Creating accurate and detailed CAD drawings

• Conducting on-site surveys to capture as-built conditions

 

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project information

• Ensuring timely payment for services rendered

• Cooperating with our team to facilitate project completion

 

Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

• 50% deposit due upon project commencement

• Balance due upon project completion

 

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our services and deliverables remain with I&E Drafting & Surveying Services.

 

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages or losses arising from:

• Client-provided information or materials

• Delays or disruptions caused by third parties

• Unforeseen site conditions or circumstances

 

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service, or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator in New York, New York, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time to comply with new laws, regulations, or industry standards. We will post the updated Terms of Service on our website, and changes will take effect immediately. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of the updated Terms of Service will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
